  I'm not usually one to review places but everytime I come to this post office I get a headache. I went in a few weeks ago to get my passport and they told me that they didn't take pictures there so I went to CVS and came back and told me that I needed to retake them at the post office even after they told me they didn't take passport photos. We waited for about 20 minutes to be helped and still did not get the help we needed. The workers are very rude and not helpful at all. If you're in the Panama City area, skip this post office and go to the one on sherman Ave. they were a lot more helpful.

  I went in here on 12/23 to get a passport renewed. There was one person in line the first time and two people in line the second time. The only lady that could do it was at lunch. I waited 1/2 hour for her to get back, no complaints. I walk in 1/2 hour later and she said that she wasn't doing them today, the other guy behind the counter stated that he didn't know that. She then starts barking orders at me about some of the things that I wanted to ask about.. I walked out and won't go back there, that lady is probably happy. And the post office wonders why we use UPS and FedEx, mainly because they are friendly and understand that they stay in business when they act like they want our business. Very disappointing..
