- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went to the law firm on June 14th. I filled out all of my paperwork as requested by Jackie. They charged me their fee on June 22nd. I continued calling and leaving messages to determine the status. I EVENTUALLY got ahold of Jackie who claimed to have the incorrect number for me (even though I left it on messages as well as the original completed paperwork). I was sent forms to fill out on July 19th (over a month after I first visited their office). I followed up afterwards with no reply. It is now August 10th and I have recieved nothing. I don't even believe they have filed anything. It's such a headache. I would never recommend this firm to anyone and wish I had originally gone somewhere else. Filing a complaint with my card company since they charged me for services not rendered and hoping I can collect at least some of the funds that I threw away on them! - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This law firm doesn't return calls. I had to call back several times after they told me they would call me back as soon as the got the information. Mr. Van Dyke is incompetent and doesn't present the correct information to his clients. For what he gets paid he should know how to do his job!! Worst lawyer ever!! Only after he messes up several times does he want to fight for his clients. Do not hire him!!By spoiledagain, November 18, 2016
